Bank Transfer (Coming soon) This method is a normal payment to an external bank account.

There are two ways to view the statements: Choose wallets from the Home Page and tap “View All Transactions”. In the wallet page, tap on “View Statements” and choose the needed statements. Go to “Wallets” from the Main Menu accessible from the top right of Home Page and choose the wallet and follow the process in point above.

Yes! Your funds are held in a client’s segregated account with a Third-Party provider.

Go to the Offers section of the App and pick the offer you would like to redeem and there will be a QR Code at the bottom. Show this QR Code to the Merchant for them to scan it. Once they scan it, the offer will either disappear if it is a One-Off or you will keep seeing it if you will be able to redeem it multiple times

After you have successfully redeemed the offer, the Merchant has the option to choose whether you are paying with Toonie or with another payment method. If paying with Toonie, you will receive a payment request from the Merchant with the amount and reason for payment. You are now able to either accept or reject the transaction

The App will ask you if the customer wishes to pay with Toonie, choose yes! Enter the amount and reason for payment and confirm the request The request will be sent to the customer, they can accept or reject it. The offer will be displayed as redeemed by the customer.
